TeraGrid Resource Advance Reservation Form

Use this form to request advance reservations on one or more of the
listed TeraGrid resources.
This form may be used to request a cross-site or a single-site reservation.
Please use the Additional Comments section of the form to indicate any
special grid, application, or system software requirements.
- New reservation advanced notice:
at least one calendar week whenever possible.
- Advanced request for reservation changes:
at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the run.
- Available times: normal working hours for the requested
centers are Monday through Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
local time (except holidays) at all sites.
- Supervised jobs: Please specify whether your job requires
live supervision by TeraGrid staff.
- TeraGrid system administrator will be present
- TeraGrid consultant will be on call to assist with the run
- member of user's project team must be available to work with TeraGrid
staff should problems arise
- Your requested
time may be altered depending on staff availability; you will be informed
of any scheduling changes via email.
- Processor availability: depends upon current/predicted
user load; check the TeraGrid
System Events Calendar
to view scheduled reservations.
